Jack-o-Pumpkin breakfast sandwich? I neeeeeed to make this asap. Vegan things don't usually appeal to me (I'm all about real bacon in my breakfast sandwiches), but I think I can settle for this. And hey, I love anything with pumpkin in it for fall!
